This house of big proportions aims to take advantage of the views of the lagoon that the wide open location offers.
The house is presented towards the street with its front and side facades closed, responding to a need for privacy requested by the owners. From the garden façade we find, through a large concrete gallery, the living, dining, living and gym spaces. A spacious semi-covered interior-exterior transition runs longitudinally through the house.
Among the incorporated materials and textures, exposed concrete slabs and smoothed cement floors prevail. Its interiors evoke an industrial character, through metallic coatings. The palette is striking for its minimalist lines and the warmth of its petiribi-colored woods, marble veins and traces of plank formwork.
Among the central facilities of the house, audio systems, video surveillance circuits and alarms were planned.
With a view to a sustainable future, panels and hot water tanks producing electricity and hot water were installed, covering a large part of daily consumption.
