We created Evergreen Argentina’s new headquarters in the heart of Buenos Aires. Located at the iconic intersection of Diagonal Norte and Avenida 9 de Julio, we transformed a historic building into an office that looks to the future.

The office floors are structured around a curve in the original facade. Following the open-plan concept, workstations are arranged radially in a spine-like fashion, establishing a fluid dialogue with the existing architecture and breaking with the rigidity of traditional work layouts.

This design is complemented by private meeting rooms, height-adjustable desks, and ergonomic equipment, prioritizing bright and efficient environments. The project’s visual identity is defined by a palette of neutral tones combined with the warmth of wood, achieving an atmosphere of sobriety, minimalism, and comfort.

The top floor stands out for its versatility: a dynamic space that transforms from a dining area to an auditorium using modular furniture. Connected to a terrace with views of the Obelisk, this area is fully equipped with high-fidelity sound technology and event services.

The project integrated state-of-the-art technical infrastructure—VRF air conditioning, advanced connectivity, and smart sanitary facilities—ensuring maximum performance without altering the building’s heritage character.
