Lawter Argentina moved its offices to a half-floor in front of the San Isidro Racetrack.

The floorplan was organized in strips of closed offices on the facades, leaving a central space for the open work area with bench-type linear workstations holding spacious drawers with built-in seats. A volume glazed with u-glass contains a conference room and a meeting booth.

Concrete and glass are the heart of the project giving a relaxed and synthetic aesthetic. The naked floor and the transparencies generates a pleasant spacious amplitude completed with  sound-absorbing materials that are strategically placed in the ceiling and walls providing acoustic comfort in the open area of ​​operative workstations.
