A few meters from the Obelisco on Diagonal Norte Avenue, we carried out the refurbishment of this old apartment, originally from the 40´s.
Labors were oriented to rescue the essence of the architecture, refunctionalizing it to host a professional studio. In order to make this possible we dismantled all the previous interventions that had modified the apartment´s character through the years. The antique style appears as prime esthetic in search of an elegant and sober speech.

The slovenian oak floors were repaired, polished and varnished. Windows and doors were restored to recover their original design. In terms of configuration, the original floorplan was maintained. The offices were arranged along the main corridor, covered with light coming from the inner courtyard.
So as to fulfill current technology, comfort and safety requirements, all the installations were renovated.
