Sancor Seguros´ new offices are located on Av, San Martin in Bariloche are located on Av. San Martín, in a building originally conceived as a commercial space, on an uneven lot.

The two floors and the outdoors were completely intervened, opening banes and windows to integrate the ground floor, which was built below the street level. The design emphasizes the regional image, promoting materials such as brick, Patagonian porphyry and wood, in high-rise spaces.

To promote cooperation and integration between clients and customers, all the workstations, meeting and waiting areas were built through transparent enclosures and screened with graphic interventions. The institutional image takes shape through colorful interventions such as walls, carpets and furniture.
